Heather Harpell created a website for my business that suits my needs perfectly. At the time I hired her, I was using a blog to keep my customers updated, but as my business grew, it wasn't an effective way to get information or services to my customers.

I knew I had to "move" to a website, but didn't know how to go about doing that. Heather made the transition so easy. She sat down and had a conversation about what my frustrations were with the blog, and the ways I wanted it to change to work better for my business. She was able to turn that conversation into practical application and create a site that is perfect for my business. I know I love it, but my customers have remarked that they do too! In particular they have commented on how easy it is to navigate and how they enjoy visiting the site to get updates on our products and events.

I should also mention that Heather made some great suggestions during the process and helped me think through some of the areas I was having problems with. For example, when I didn't know how I would put all this information on the site without it looking cluttered, she suggested ways to organize it in a way that was streamlined.

Heather's turnaround time was great too. I know sometimes projects like this seem to be never-ending, but Heather met our timeline no problem.

Heather is a former employee of Tollendale Village and it was very helpful having her on staff. We "seemed" to have fewer IT issues when Heather was working here. The number of issues probably hasn't changed, the difference is now we don't have Heather looking after them.
